SICF Services Activation-GRC Process Controls

Open SICF Tcode

 


Click on Execute button or Press F8

Expand the nodes as follows > Default host > SAP > BC> webdynpro > SAP

 

Once you reach to ‘SAP’ node > Scroll down and search for these services ‘GRFN_INBOX_MONITOR’,
‘GRFN_INBOX_MONITOR_CN_RV’ one by one and activate the same if not already activated

 

You can activate these services by selecting them and then right click and select ‘Activate Service’ as shown in the below screen shot.

Similarly, Activate the ‘GRFN_INBOX_MONITOR_CN_RV’ the service to resolve the error ‘Service connection cannot be reached’

Once these services is activated re-launch or refresh the work Inbox and you can now open the work item.
