BRF+ Initiator Rule-Access Controls

BRF+ Initiator rule(Not transportable) created with Basics

Select the MSMP process id from F4 list and Select the Rule Kind from drop down

Provide Name for Rule Id and Application as below

Execute F8

Open tcode:BRF+

 

Check the signature tab, the result data object is pre delivered by SAP for initiator rule

Go to properties tab and create Decision table

select result data object GRFN_MW_S_ROUTING which is pre delivered by SAP in signature tab.

define the condition for decision table by selecting From Context Data objects 

Click on OK

Click on Insert New Row

 

Provide values as per the requirement for each field value by selecting Direct input value

Check, save and activate the function.

Once initiator rule is created we need to map in the MSMP workflow

Execute Maintain MSMP workflows

Select the Process ID SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST and click on display/change button and click on next button.

In maintain rules step we have to add Rule Ids which have been created in BRF+

 Provide Function rule id in rule id Field.

Select the Initiator rule id which we added and provide the rule results from the brf+
